What Causes Slight Burning Sensation And Bruise Of Penis?

Hi Doctor, I felt some slight burning sensation on my penis and when i saw it. inside the skin a small bruise sort off appeared. It might have cause while mastrubuting as penis might have got rubbed to cloth tightly. Could you help me with what medicine i can use for it?

Well, this does not seem serious.
Take plenty of fluid orally.
Avoid sex or masturbation for a week.
Apply soframycin cream locally twice daily for 5 days.
Take tab ibuprofen 200 if there is pain.
