What Causes Slight Burning Sensation In Anus With History Of Having Fistula Surgery?

Hi ...I feel heavyness and slight burning sensation in my anal region...i has fistula operation 2 years back..I had an MRI done recently but it dose not indicate any problem...the feelings started after passing a hard stool almst 2 mnths ago...Can you please suggest any ointment or medicine

Thanks for posting in HCM.
Burning sensation in anus following passing of hard stools is indicative that you might have started to develop anal fissures.
Kindly get it examined by a Surgeon. You need to undergo 'fissurotomy' by means of cryosurgery.
You need to avoid constipation by taking high fibre and soft diet. Also you can use bulk forming laxatives for easy bowel evacuation.
