What Causes Slight Disorientation In Lower Back?

Hi Doctor, I am a 22 yr old girl. There is a problem with my lower back bone/pelvic region.. My back has less arch and lower back is almost straight, like its bent in slightly. With that, my pubic bone at front protrudes out. If I push my buttocks in or if I do bridge(a form of exercise) my pubic bone bulges out like a man s would. Its very embarrassing and not many people know this about me. How can it be solved doctor? Is there a surgery that can correct it?

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. You may have kyphosis scoliosis or dome other structural abnormality of vertebrae. You should go for x ray or ct scan of spine. Then if possible surgery can be planned. Consult your doctor and plan accordingly.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
