What Causes Slight Fever And Fatigue?
I am dehydrated (my urine is very yellow) I have been trying to drink a lot but it doesn t seem to help. I am lethargic and when I try to do anything I get exhausted. I haven t eaten much and my stomach feels like it has a hole in it. I feel a bit high and I think I might have a slight fever. I am constipated also.

Low grade fever and fatigue are due to influenza or Flu.
The treatment is complete bed rest, drink plenty of water, take acetaminophen and multivitamins
