What Causes Slight Pain On Left Chest Going To Shoulder And Arm?

Hello , I m 31 year old male I was diagnosed with highblood pressure two years ago . This I started having needle like pains on both of my chest and I went to a physician , they did ECG and blood , heart sonar , ECG on treadmill and everything came out normal . After that I m still taking medication but one have a slight pain on my left chest going to shoulder and arm . What could be the cause .

Chest pain in the absence of documentary evidence of heart involvement like negative results on EKG and Treadmill,can be most likely be related to chest wall origin causing costochondritis.This can be safely treated with drugs like ibuprofen and diclofenac sodium.Regular chest wall exercises can largely prevent such episodes.Consult your cardiologist for further queries.
