What Causes Slight Pulling In Abdomen After A Hysterectomy?

Hi there - on Dec 19th I had a hysterectomy via laparoscope and my bladder was perforated during the surgery. I had a catheter for 3 weeks to help my bladder heal and apparently according to the C.T. it has repaired with a slight weakened section which apparently will heal also in time. I still feel like my body is still repairing. If I move in certain positions I feel a slight pulling in my abdomen. It s not really painful but it just feels like internally my body is not yet back to its normal health. In certain positions my bladder feels full and then in other positions I lose the full feeling competely. When can I expect to feel healed totally. When will I be able to resume all my usual activities. My husband feels I should have been healed weeks ago? Please help!
