Hello, my 6 year old son(adopted. @4 months) cannot walk flat feet. He is clumsy, has no fine motor skills, cannot ride a tricycle. He is also a very late toilet trainer, now can urinate, but still wets at night, and soils himself often, with small amounts of feces. Recently, someone noticed a deep dimple on his tailbone....and suggested I check this all for neural tube defect. I should also mention that his emotional regulation is very poor, with lots of school aggression when asked to write, particularly. What symptoms would a child present that would warrant a trip to the University of Michigan?
