Follicular screening done last month but slow ovum maturation.can you help me with suggestions. I am in a depressed stage now.what I will do?
I would suggest you to test FSH,LH levels in order to rule out any hormonal deficiency.Since you have mentioned difficulties in follicular maturation,Fertility treatment with menotropin may be helpful.
Menotropin hormone and it works by facilitating the maturation of follicles in the ovaries which contains the eggs. This helps treat female infertility due to improper egg production (anovulation).
Intercourse within 12 to 36 hours after this medicine will improve the chances of you becoming pregnant.
Correct dose of thyroxine should be adjusted to prevent fluctuation of tsh levels which can also cause hormonal imbalance and delay in pregnancy.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
