General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The symptoms you said do not appear to be related to the drugs even if given sooner then advised. I understand he should be urgently taken for assessment.

Irrelevant talks and confusions may be caused by the high-grade fever, but need assessment as sometimes it may be indicating brain infection or serious infection like sepsis or pneumonia.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Mahboob Ur Rahman , General & Family Physician
