What Causes Slurred Speech, Difficulty In Walking And Neck Pain?

my husband has symptoms of slow speech, he has trouble walking, has pain in his neck at times. we have been to several neurologists, he has had several MRI s, a spinal tap, EEG and other testing. This has been going on for 2 years. no one seems to be able to tell us what he has. what should we do next?
