What Causes Slurred Speech Post Placement Of A Pacemaker?
My mother is 88 and 2 months ago had a pacemaker put in due to continued low heart rate. at that time she had slurred speech and some numbness which is why the pacemaker. She has been doing great until yesterday and today. the slurred speech is back and general legacy. What do we check? Blood pressure 167/87 and nurse gave her tryidtymide. ( she is in nursing home)
