What Causes Dizziness While On A Pacemaker?

I am having a feeling of fainting. I have a defibrulator and a pacemaker and have been feeling like I m not getting enough blood to my brain. if I apply pressure to the side of my neck it makes me feel like I m going to black out and causes a sharp pain in my heart. Any thoughts on what the problem could be? YYYY@YYYY

Hi,
I have gone through your question, dizziness and blackouts while on pacermaker happens due to inadequate pacing leads to decrease in heart rate causing these symptoms.I would suggest you to have a review with your cardiologist to make sure your pacemaker is functioning properly.Also holter monitoring may be needed to find out rhythm problems.
