thank you for posting your query in healthcaremagic.com.... slight disorientation with slurred speech and difficulty in movements might lead to the diagnosis of neurological disturbances.... first tell me are you hypertensive or diabetic?...did you have similar episodes in the past?...how old are you?...you walk with your walker, do you have any disability or because of old age you are having difficulties?...did you lose your consciousness momentarily?...any vomiting? come back to me with the answers and i can tell you further about your problem....however it looks like a transient ischemic attack or maybe some hypoglycemia....you can get a CT scan brain done and consult a NEUROLOGIST... hope this was helpful.... contact me for any further queries... regards
