Hello,
Concerns should include a stroke, blood clot, heart condition or a neurologic condition such as Bell's Palsey. A complete review of her medical history and blood panel is recommended. Additional tests and specialist referral may then be considered. Please seek care. These symptoms can worsen. I do not recommend a delay in a thorough evaluation.
Thank you for your inquiry.
