General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi there

Please visit your doctor urgently to have a ct scan and or MRI.

Slurred speech, with no local abnormality in the mouth is usually a sign of a neurological problem especially if associated with a headache.

You need further investigation to rule out any severe conditions such as a cerebral haemaorrhage, stroke or mass.

Other conditions can also cause this but I suggest investigating further.

Hope this helps
