What Causes Small Black Scabs On Foot?

I have a weird scab type thing on the top of my foot, for the longest time I had just small bumps on my foot and recently after playing a lot of soccer i noticed small black zit/scabs on my foot that I could pick at. What is it? im putting small amounts of iodine on it to reat it

this is callous formation due to friction with shoe. it can be avoided by using padding and loose shoe designed for you so that there is no friction resulting in callous formation.
