What Causes Small Blisters On Penis Opening?

I have small pinpoint headed blisters on my penis head, visible when i retract the foreskin.It is accompanied by itching and slight redness. I am intimate with my partner once or twice a weak.she has never had any problem and its been 3years since she has had intercourse with anyone other than me. I got it checked who gave me antiseptics antibacterial cream over and over again and i dont see the problem getting resolved. Please help me with a probable diagnosis.

HI, You might suffering from any one of the sexually transmitted diseases.
More chance of herpes simplex viral infection or syphilis.You need oral intake of drug that is acyclovir for herpes and Azithromycin for syphilis.
