What Causes Small Bumps All Over The Face?

Hello Sir My name is Akanksha. I am having facial skin related issues...since past one month many small bumps have appeared all over my face..before that i had severe pimples problem..but that was cured...now my entire face except area near to nose and upper lips is filled with small bumps and they are constant..they might have increased in number but not at all decreased..please tell me what is it and why its filled all over my face and what all i need to do to cure it?

Good day and thank you for posting this question. Sorry about your face. I would suggest you see your doctor, preferably a dermatologist, so as to examine your face properly. It seems like Acne you've got, but all the same kindly visit a dermatologist.
