What Causes Small Bumps On Forehead And Eyelids After Taking Amoxicillin?

Hello my 11 month old son had a fever for 4 days and was seen at the ER yesterday. They diagnosed him with an ear infection and gave him amoxicillin to treat it. He has taken two doses so far and I ve noticed little bumps on his forehead, eyelids, chin and neck that looks like a rash. Should I take him back to the ER in case this is an allergic reaction to the medicine?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
it looks like an allergic reaction to amoxcillin. stop giving amoxcillin. meet the doctor your child was seen yesterday. if it is clearly allergic reaction , he will start suitable substitute for amxcillin. no need to go emergency room unless child develops difficulty in breathing or facial swelling or rash increasing rapidly.
