What Causes Small Bumps On Penile Foreskin After Intercourse?

Hi there, my partner has suddenly swelled redness blisters around penis foreskin. We had intercourse this morning. Now the last couple of hours I ve had immense stomach pain. I m due to get my period tomorrow and have recently come off over active thyroid medication.

This is possible allergy reaction to latex if condoms were used or irritation of penis head.I dont think this is STD or something more serious so you should just take painkillers and rest for few days.
