What Causes Small Bumps On The Face Even After Using Clindamycin?

I clean my face regularly. Eat a very healthy, real food diet and I have hundreds of small bumps all over my face. nothing gets rid of them. dermatologists said it was Rosacea (i disagree) He gave me Clindamycin for it and it does nothing. (3 months of use and it is worse then ever) If i push on the bumps a string of white comes out and my face is left red and eventually scabs I can not do this to hundreds of bumps. What can I do? I am at my wits end.
