What Causes Small Bumps Under The Eyes?

Hi i have small very tiny clusters of bumbs under my eye area and horizontal to nose area of my face only visible when looked close. It s not itchy or painful but just makes my skin look dry and rough. I really don t have any idea how can I get rid of those bumbs.. Can anyone help me please...

Hello,

The small bumps under the eyes indicate inflammatory condition with some sort of bacteria or virus most likely.
Primary guidelines for better recovery:
- Cleansing of local part with antiseptic liquid and application of polymycin type of cream if there is no history of drug sensitivity
- Local use of aloe vera gel and turmeric paste on alternate basis would serve as Ayurvedic properties
- Use of antibiotic or anti viral medications will require consulting with your doctor
