What Causes Small Bumps Under The Skin In Armpits?
Hi im 26 female. I get sore small bumps under my skin in both armpits that come and go. I first noticed one under each when it was sore to put both arms down. All i can see is pinky skin where the bump is under the skin. No discharge. Doesnt look like a pimple eother. Just stays for a few days, thrn goes and comes back in a different area.
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain recurring bumps in armpits that comes and goes and are present under the skin and are sore seems to be most probably swollen lymph nodes that can occur secondary to Recurring infections.. I would suggest you to consult a General Physician and get evaluated and a biopsy of the lymph nodes can help in diagnosis and treatment can be planned accordingly.. In case if it is due to Reactionary Lymphadenopathy secondary to infection it can be treated with antibiotics, anti inflammatory painkiller and warm compresses over the lymph nodes..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards. Dr.Honey Nandwani Arora.
