What Causes Small Electric Jerking Sensation On Left Arm?
I have experiencing small electric jerking sensation on my left arm but lately it is starting to be a bit more intense and now i am feeling it on my right arm as well. it does pain for a really short time span after that i dont feel anything at all. HELP me understand what is this???

Cause could be due to nerve compression or deficiency of vit b12. Through clinical evaluation is required to reach the diagnosis. taking methylcobalamin supplements will be helpful.I would suggest getting this evaluated by an orthopedician for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate management.
