What Causes Small Fibrotic Band In RTO Apical Region?
Yesterday my chest X ray was done.and according to the report small fibrotic band is seen in RTO apical region. And rest of things were normal.no evidence of active Koch s lesson seen. Before 1 month a medicle report was also done but there was no such issue.i want to know that what is the reason behind that..

It is an old and healed lesion and probably old tuberculosis. It is not an active disease process and no active treatment is required. Consult a pulmonologist and get evaluated. In most cases close follow up is only required.
