What Causes Small Itchy Bumps Along The Neck Hairline?
I have these little bumps, I thought it was a part of an allergic reaction I had to some hair products but there is still a bit that have been around and gotten pesky. There go from behind my ear where my glasses stem ends all the way along my base of the neck hairline. They seem a lot like pimples almost but are small and scatered, itchy and get scabbed over but, I ve ruled out lice and bed bugs already.

From history it seems that this might be due to allergic reaction to some hair products giving rise dermatitis.
Rule out some local skin infection like dermatitis and dandruff.
Do proper head wash daily.
Apply triple action cream on affected area.
Take cetrizine or levo-cetrizine for itching.
Ok and take care.
