What Causes Small Itchy Red Spots On Instep Area?

My 10 year old daughter has small red spots on both her insteps she says the feel like pins pricking her when touched and are itchy , we thought they were heat bumps at first but are smaller and not the same , we have been applying sudocrem for few days it doesn t appear to be spreading , can you help ?

Hello, It sounds like she may have a bit of yeast infection (like athlete's foot). Try an over the counter antifungal cream like lamisil and see if that will get rid of the rash.
