My 10 year old daughter has small red spots on both her insteps she says the feel like pins pricking her when touched and are itchy , we thought they were heat bumps at first but are smaller and not the same , we have been applying sudocrem for few days it doesn t appear to be spreading , can you help ?
Hello, It sounds like she may have a bit of yeast infection (like athlete's foot). Try an over the counter antifungal cream like lamisil and see if that will get rid of the rash. Regards, Dr. Robinson
