What Causes Small Lesions And Itching Sensation All Over Body?

I have itching all my body. First it started with a small lesion and then spread around of it.. Mainly that is in cold atmosphere..first I think that is a fungal infection and I considered with a dermatologist before and he said that is not fungus then clobatesol oilment started. But I can't apply it in my all over the boy.. Please Advise any solution..

As per your complain small lesions along with Itching all over the body can be either due to allergic reaction to any unknown allergen or can also be due to viral or fungal infection
The chances of allergic reaction are most probable..
I would suggest you to consult an Allergist and get evaluated and he can do a clinical evaluation as well as advise you allergic tests as well as blood tests to rule out for infection..
In case of allergic reaction anti-allergics like Benadryl or Levocetrizine can be advised to you..
Steroid oral intake as well as topical ointment appluication as well as injectable anti-allergics and steroids can also be advised..
In case of infection treatment can be done depending upon the type of infection..
