What Causes Small, Liquid Oozing Bumps On The Penis Shaft?
Hi I recently trimmed my pubic hair region a week ago with no guard on the trimmer and several little bumps formed just above the base of the shaft of my penis and I scratched a couple and a very small amount of watery liquid came out-i mean very small bumps--very scared to know if it s herpes or warts or what can u help me

It could be an episode of urethritis. Consult a physician and get evaluated. A swab study of the discharge is required. Nothing much to worry and you will improve with antibiotics.
