What Causes Small Lump In Between Breasts?

hi Dr. Andrew I have had this small lump in the middle of my cleavage, not really on my breast at all more so like on the sternum.its been there for about a year but two days ago it started to hurt when I lay on my stomach or when I move it. its under the skin it almost feels like a boil ready to bust on the inside..have you ever heard of such a thing im quite nervous due to a back problem started with doctors

It can be cyst, fibromatous, lipoma basically needs physical examination and biopsy to confirm diagnosis treatment vary accordingly from small surgery to nonsurgical methods, (for pain and stress associated with your back problem you may learn craniosacral therapy it's helpful too).
