What Causes Small Lump Inside Buttocks With Clear White Pus Discharge?
Hi I have a small pea sized spot/lump on the inside of by bum cheeks near the anus hole. It has been there for around 2 week and occasionally can bleed when wiping after bowel movement. Today i noticed that it was leaking some sort of clearish/whitish colored puss and that area has felt damp from it all day. Im only 21 years old and have been panicking for the past week and especially today that this could be something incredibly bad
Hi i do care for your concern. your history suggest more of an (staphylococcus) abscess. If i were your treating doctor then i would advise 1) To start on a high spectrum antibiotic i.e augmentin along with antacid for a full course of 7 days. 2) I would recommend to consult your physician to get drained the abscess, in a strict aseptic condition. 3) need not panic as this would recover within a week of time. Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help. thank you.
