What Causes Small Lumps Under A Wound On The Feet?
I have a deep wound on the top of my foot that is approx. 3 weeks old. I was seen by a physician who s aast. rinsed the wound with saline only. I had cleansed it with peroxide and betadine. Lido was administered as were sutures. Now, I am attempting to keep the wound clean with salt water and peroxide since the sutures have been removed and the skin glue has not held. I have noticed numerous small lumps underneath the skin surrounding the wound.

This lumps you are referring may be are an allergic rash. Maybe you had an allergic reaction to skin Glue or stitches that you were using.
