What Causes Small Nodules On The Left Side Of The Vulva?

Five years ago I felt some small nodules on the left side of my vulva area that my doctor couldn't even feel. Last year as they're getting larger (about the size of the end of a match), I realized that he couldn't feel them unless I was standing up. He said, "Oh, I feel them. Just lymph nodes. No problem." What about vulva cancer? Confused by his nonchalance.

Good day and thank you for posting this question. I understand your concern and it could be a Vulvar cancer like you said but it can only be confirmed if it's a cancer or not by a Biopsy. Talk to your doctor and let them do a Vulvar biopsy for you then a histology of the biopsy is done.
