What Causes Small Pimples On Penis After Sexual Activity?

Hi recently I went to a male prostitute, he dressed like woman. He did a blowjob with a condom on my penis. After 1 week I got small pimples like fly bites on my penis, testicles and bellow part of testicles. The area was burning and itching. I am currently taking ampoxin 500 morning and evening. Is it cures the issue. Another thing am i safe from hiv. I read on internet oral sex doesnt give hiv. Please answer as I am freaking out here.

Hi,
Pimples or bite marks over penis,scotum could be due to teeth cuts or friction or allergic and it will subside by antibiotics ampoxin 500 mg and antiallergic drugs what you are taking right now.
You can also wash it with savlon and water for disinfection.
Now,As you have done protected sex then no need to worry but there is chances of getting HIV through oral sex also because at a advanced stages of AIDS,virus starts secreting in saliva( urine,sweat and other body fluids) also.
