What Causes Small Pink Circular Rashes On The Scrotum?
I have several light pink blemishes on my scrotum, all circular, and scattered. Definitely not an STD. Doc prescribed an anti-fungal cream, but after 2 weeks I have seen no improvement. The spots seem to be slow growing and may be mildly itchy at times, hard to tell if the itchiness it causes by them or just natural itchiness. I shave down there but have for years, I regularly apply skin lotion, and again have for years and usually shower almost twice a day, so hygiene should not be a problem . Suggestions?

I really appreciate your concern, it could be fungal infection but must resistance to given treatment so it can be managed with Miconazole cream with oral anti-fungal medicine and best is Griseofulvin 250 mg twice in day hope this information helps.
