What Causes Small Pupils With Dry Eyes?

I was told without any tests to confirm, that I have ocular myasthenia gravis, but my optimalogist says I have dry eyes. He says my pupils are very tiny. He gave my drops to moisturize. I would like to know why my pupils are tiny. They stay that way but were not always that way. I don t know when it changed but would guess in the last 12 months.

Welcome to HCM portal.
There are many reasons for a small pupil,including drugs and disease,but do you have a pathological miosis or it is just normal.Lubricants for dry eye are welcome,and these two are not related.
