What Causes Small Raised Itchy Bumps?

I have small raised bumps on my skin that itch profusely and spread. In April I had cellulitis and was on meds for 4 weeks. Then I developed atopal dermatitis of which I have on Prednisone and 2.5% Hydrocortisone cream, These bumps are driving me crazy!
