What Causes Small Red Bumps And Itchiness On Penis After Having Intercourse?

My balls are a reddish color, and i have small red bumps on the head of my penis, I ve had ALOT of sex with my partner the past 4 days, and only just showed up today. Kind of itchy, but not really, just a bit of discomfort... I hadn t had a shower the other night after some heated intercourse, and didn t have a shower the next day till the afternoon (This is when I saw it) I didn t notice it before or after our intercourse.. Thrush or STD?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and welcome.

Thrush seems more likely especially if you left the region dry and unclean for that long. Damp environments are most suitable for yeast to thrive in, and this could have resulted in the yeast infection. Speak to your doctor about a topical applicant and oral anti-fungal medications.

If your sexual partner is new, then get an STD-panel conducted as well.

Best wishes.
