What Causes Small Red Rashes Around Groin?
I am a 25 year old male, I have a small redish color rash on both sides where my thighs meet my groin, the skin is smooth and does not itch or burn or smell. I do shave this area and have for yeas and never had anything like this. The rash has been there a few months I assumed it was heat rash or from skin rubbing skin. It doesn t bother me other then visually and somewhat embarrassing.

Sometimes due to excess humidity in the area, contact with tight clothes this may haopen. Not exactly what we see in contact dermatitis but it also looks like same. difference is that it doesn't itch.
Apply Hydrocortisone cream on it and hopefully you will be good soon.
