What Causes Small Red Spots On The Forearm?
I have a spotted speckled red spots on my forearms that appeared over a week ago. The spots are all different sizes, uniform in color and have a ruffled edge. Initially I had thought it was an allergic reaction to something and took an antihistamine. However it never went away and even more strangely does not itch at all. The spots seems to be creeping my forearms. I don t have any known allergies.

As per your history it may be due to allergietic reaction. You can apply hydrocortisone ointment locally. You can take tab lotridin in case of itching. If still you don't get relief then i will advise you to consult with dermatologist, he may procure blood investigations, complete hemogram as required. Till then keep your self hydrated and keep the area clean and dry.
