What Causes Small Round Rash Under The Areola?
I have a small round circle on my left breast under the areola. The middle is not raised just the edges. The circle is rougher than normal area. I also have a large circle that looks the same only about 4 wide also on the left side but on my rib cage area. Have had the large one for 1 week, small one on breast appeared today

The possible diagnosis of the condition based on the description of the lesions is tinea corporis which is a fungal infection. You must avoid heat and humidity. Topical antifungal creams like clotrimazole can be used along with oral antifungals like fluconazole after consulting your dermatologist. Regards
