What Causes Small Sores Around Anal Region When Diagnosed With Anal Fissure?
I was just diagnosed with an anal fissure and a few days later, 5 or so very small sores appeared around the area. I ve not had unprotected sex or other symptoms of herpes or anything. These are tender to the touch, but don t react to soap or wheatgrass cream (what I ve been using to treat the fissure).

Hi,
It seems that due to anal fissure infection spread to near by area producing small sores giving this problem.
There is another possibility of having Fistula in ano where similar sores may develop due to sinuses opening out side.
Consult surgeon and get examined.
Meanwhile apply antibiotic cream after proper cleaning.
