General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Unilateral size change in testis can be part of underlying varicocele with hampered blood supply to testis or else. As the opposite testis is of normal size, testosterone deficiency or other causes are of less possibility. Kindly get a Doppler ultrasound report of both testes and testosterone level for best evaluation of the condition and cure accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
