What Causes Smelly Rectal Discharge Along With Abdominal Pain?

what is a possible cause for pain on the left side bottom of stomach, slimy discharge from the rectum and cant have a bowl movement? is this a need for the emergency room or can it wait until Monday. She has experienced these symptoms since last Sunday and it isn t getting any better. Plus shes having a bloody discharge occasionally from her vagina

hi thanks for your Query. I feel the information provided here is incomplete. first of all we will have to distinguish between discharge from rectum n blood per vagina? Also if pain is more than a week with discharge that to be foul smelling, it needs to be evaluated. kindly take her to hospital next day.
