What Causes Smelly Urine And Farting?
Hi Doctor. Been a week now. Urine very smelly and my farts as well. Feel so embarassed. Got heartburn yesterday and today diarrhea. don't know what this might be, feeling very annoyed and weak and this heat in our country is unbearable. Been lacking water, will start drinking my 3 litres again. i feel so bad
