What Causes Smelly Urine?

I have been having a strong smell (like bacon) in my urine. I have complained of this to my primary physician as well as my ob/gyn. I have been tested by both, no diabetes, slightly high blood pressure, a total hysterectomy 20 years ago for uterine cancer, no recurrences. what could be causing this?
