What Causes Soft Lump With Discharge On The Perineum?
Small soft grape sized swelling on my perineum. When I squeeze it like a zit it discharges a clear liquid. When I apply more pressure it bleeds very red blood. If I don t squeeze it does not weep or bleed at all. Male 27, had it for a couple of months. Feels like something is under the skin.

Such lesion could be infective boil and no need to squeeze this else this would increase the swelling instead just keep the area clean, apply "Povidone Iodine " ointment it would be fine soon no need to worry about this take care.
