What Causes Soft Painful Bumps On The Hip?
I have an injury from a car accident a year ago. I was driving when a drunk driver hit me on my side head on. The seat belt burned a track into my jacket. My left hip still has soft tissue bumps that are still causing pain. It is not as bad but enough to be annoying. Is there anything I can do to heal it? Is there a name to this type of injury?
