What Causes Soft Stools And Tiredness?

Constantly feeling sick and soft stools after meals no stomach ache but slight feeling if jumbly stomach before having soft poos. What could this be? Do I need to go to the doctors? This has been going on for 2 weeks and the sick feeling is getting worse

Soft stool may be because of lactose intolerance while taking dairy products.

Malabsorption may cause soft stool problem.
Intestinal infection like ulcerative colitis or chons disease may ruled out.

In celiac disease more gluten like food may cause soft stool or diarrhea.
Stool examination test is helpful for diagnose.
Colonoscopy can done if nedded.

Any liver disease or gallstone impersid a bike formation cause frequent soft stool.

You feel tiredness may be because of more water loss.
Try to rehydrete your body.
