The bottom of my feet hurt when I walk. It started 2 weeks go in both feet after a day trip. I felt the bottom of my feet were bruised and slowly one foot seemed to improve and doesn t hurt as bad but the other still hurts making it difficult to walk. I m 73 years old. Haven t been as active as I should be and weigh 175 to 180 lbs and am 5 ft 7 inches tall. With summer coming I ve becoming more active with my gardening.
